"The technology that Apple violated an important feature in the communications tool, and Apple is blatantly violating our intellectual property rights," the statement noted Samsung.
Samsung seeks to block all iPhone sales in the 4S region of France and Italy. Samsung plans to block iPhone 4S in the two regions could have happened. Therefore, regulations in France and Italy is allowing a company to apply the blocking of certain products, even when the product has not yet been released.
Not yet certain whether this blocking plan can be enforced, but what is clear to this Samsung continues to approach the relevant government to make it happen.
