GALAXY TAB 10.1 Problematic In Europe

Galaxy Tab 10.1 Banned from sale in Europe after a court ruling in Germany. Tablet, which was launched in Britain last week is now to be emptied from shelves and Samsung have to stop marketing it. Apple won the Dusseldorf court to give a court order prohibiting the sale and marketing of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 all European countries except the Netherlands.

This is because Apple claims that the tablet samsung have violated intellectual property rights and replicate element of the iPad2. Although Samsung can appeal against the result of that decision, but a court order is still running. appeal will be processed in about four weeks. Intellectual property analyst, Florian Muller, said Apple has a separate lawsuit in the netherlands. He wrote in a blogpost. "Exception in the Netherlands due process of law in the country apart. Exceptions were only about Samsung's Korean parent company, rather than for its German subsidiary."

Galaxy Tab 10.1 is the latest tablet computers from korean manufactures. The original version of the Galaxy is a 7-inch tablet, but this year adobted a model similar to the iPad screen size and slightly thinner than the iPad 2. According to several retailers, Galaxy Tab 10.1 becomes the fastest selling tablets since iPad 2 was launched in the UK.
